Dimethylpolysiloxane, I'm loving it!

What's dimethylpolysiloxane, you ask? It's an "anti foaming agent" used in McDonald's Chicken nuggets. I love to learn new things, and today I learned about dimethylpolysiloxane from wonderful people at F.ooducate. If you are an iPhone user, "run" to the App Store and get this app. It's free, and is a wonderful tool. Their blog is great, here is today's entry regarding chicken nuggets. Have I eaten chicken nuggets at McDonald's? Yes. Have my kids? Yes. It's certainly not something we do very often, but wow. Just wow at that ingredient list. :(
